We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, if you change your mind or would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase (28 days for international customers), and we will refund you.

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

4-step return and refund process:

  1. Initiate Return:

    • Click 'Return Center' button below and enter order number and email.
    • Select items to return and state reasons.
  2. Choose Return Method:

    • Decide if you chose ship with Pre-Paid label (This method is UK orders only, and will cost you £2.99 and will be deducted from your refund) or ship the parcel by yourself. 
    • You can also choose to return it through your own courier service.
    • All international orders must be returned on your own.
  3. Prepare and Drop-off:

    • Pack items, attach the label, and drop the parcel at the specified depot.
  4. Receive Refund:

    • Once items are checked, get a refund to your original payment method.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item, 28 days for international customers.
To facilitate a seamless return process, kindly include the order number or email address within the parcel when opting to utilise your preferred courier for shipment.
If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days of being processed.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and taxes fees. 

PROCESSING TIME

It usually takes 1-3 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 1-3 business days of being processed.

THE RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

① Goods have been washed;
② Man-made damage;
③ Goods incomplete, such as cutting off hang tags and wash mark and missing accessories;
④ Goods stained with foundation, perfume, cigarettes, deodorant, hair and any other conditions that affect secondary sales;
⑤ Goods that have been clearly stated at the time of purchase as non-returnable;
⑥ Goods beyond the after-sales service time;
⑦ Please write down your email information and order number on paper and send it to us, otherwise, the refund process will be impacted.

If any of the above situations occur, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost.

Notes: 
If a customer rejects a package without a valid reason and causes us to incur losses, our refund policy may not cover a full refund and deal with it case by case.

FAQs

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You can choose to use the return label provided by us, for which a fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can opt to return the item yourself, which would entitle you to a full refund. Please note, if your order included a shipping fee, this is non-refundable.

When will I be refunded?

It usually takes 1-3 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 1-3 business days of being processed.

Can I return item(s) that are over the refund time (14 days)?

We do not accept returns on items delivered over 14 days as a matter of return policy. However, you can contact our customer service by email at cs@lovesunshine.co.uk for more information.

Can I exchange an item?

You can request to exchange the item(s) before your order is shipped, and please contact our Customer Care Team at cs@lovesunshine.co.uk timely.

If you find that the size does not fit after receiving your order and wish to exchange for a different size, you can initiate an exchange in the return center. We will provide one exchange for free. Please note, you have only one opportunity for a free exchange. If you wish to return the item after receiving the exchange, we will deduct the shipping cost for the second dispatch as well as the return costs from your refund, amounting to £5.99.

If I purchase your products from Debenhams, SilkFred, or another third-party platform, how do I return them?
