UK Standard Delivery

We dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 48 working hours, and we aim to deliver all UK Standard Deliveries within 5 working days. During sale periods or bank holidays deliveries may take longer. If you've not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Care team with your name and order number – the team will be happy to help within 3 days.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are unable to deliver to any PO Box addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and AB postcodes may take longer to arrive. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 working days. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Care team with your name and order number.

International Deliveries

We aim to deliver all international deliveries within the stated times, however, sometimes during busy periods and public holidays, deliveries may take longer. If you've not received your delivery within 15 working days, please contact our Customer Service team with your name and order number – the team will be in touch within 2 days.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.

Customs & Import Duties
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, your item(s) may be subject to import charges. The person receiving the order is responsible for paying these extra charges. Due to the ever changing world of customs and duties, we're unable to provide accurate information on this.

If an order is held at customs and we're unable to contact the recipient within 10 working days, this order will be cancelled. In the event that the recipient refuses to pay the import duty, the order will also be cancelled. In both of these circumstances, Love Sunshine will incur a return or destroy fee and as such we'll not be able to refund any of these orders.

We would advise contacting your local customs office prior to making any purchase.

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

4-step return and refund process:

  1. Initiate Return:

    • Click 'Return Center' button below and enter order number and email.
    • Select items to return and state reasons.
  2. Choose Return Method:

    • Decide if you chose ship with Pre-Paid label (This method is UK orders only, and will cost you £2.99 and will be deducted from your refund) or ship the parcel by yourself. 
    • You can also choose to return it through your own courier service.
    • All international orders must be returned on your own.
  3. Prepare and Drop-off:

    • Pack items, attach the label, and drop the parcel at the specified depot.
  4. Receive Refund:

    • Once items are checked, get a refund to your original payment method.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item, 28 days for international customers.
To facilitate a seamless return process, kindly include the order number or email address within the parcel when opting to utilise your preferred courier for shipment.
If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days of being processed.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Simply enter your promotional code into the ‘Discount Codes’ box at checkout and hit 'Apply Code'. If the code is valid your discount will be applied! Remember- only one discount code can be used per order.

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

If you are a customer outside of the UK Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay custom and import charges. Love Sunshine has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
